We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in a genuine Italian neighborhood. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our vacation. The hotel is divided into two buildings, and we stayed in a beautifully decorated apartment called "Vintage." The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious bedroom had both a shower and a bathtub. The towels and hairdryer were provided, which was a nice touch. In the basement, there's a small restaurant where you can order breakfast; we highly recommend trying their delicious pizza. The staff, including the owner, was friendly and helpful, and even though there were not many English speakers around, we had no trouble communicating with them. The location of this place was amazing, with a nearby beach that provided sunbeds and chairs in a dedicated shack. It was also just a short walk away from the charming old town. We would definitely stay here again!

During our romantic escape, we appreciated the complimentary fruit and toiletries in the room. The location in the quieter part of Sottomarina provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the convenience of having a lockable beach cabin on the private beach near the breakfast cafe.

The lack of an elevator was a downside for us, as we had heavy luggage to carry up the stairs. we were disappointed to discover that other guests had been offered bikes and gym access for free, while we were not.

I had a wonderful stay with amazing hotel facilities like a modern room with quality furnishing, equipped with a coffee machine and a lovely comfortable duvet. The hotel is close to the restaurants, the private beach, and the historical city centre, which was perfect for a lovely walk. The staff was also really pleasant and helpful, providing me with a safe parking spot for my car and changing my towels daily. I also enjoyed a great breakfast with a nice choice of food, super delicious fruit salad, and croissants.

I loved the convenience of being close to the beach and restaurants, with the beautiful sea view from my room. the staff provided excellent service with their daily towel change and helpful attitude. I was impressed with the warm and spacious bathroom, including a thermoelectrical rack for drying my clothes. the breakfast was amazing, with delicious croissants and yummy fruit salad. the room was creatively decorated with an unexpected touch of beauty, but still had enough space to feel comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this charming coastal town.

Although the hotel provided excellent service in every aspect, the lack of a lift could be inconvenient for some guests.

Had the best Xmas vacation here! the amenities that they offered were great, with complimentary toiletries and fresh fruit in the room. the location was just perfect, with a private beach just a few steps away and a convenient private parking lot. the room was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a cozy holiday stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. We loved the fact that we could easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy the beautiful views from our room.

That the room was quite small, but this was expected given the affordable price. breakfast was not included in the room rate, which was a little inconvenient.

my recent stay in sottomarina was fantastic. residence eleonora exceeded my expectations with its comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and attentive owner. it was the perfect escape from the chaos of cities.
